5 rooms and 2 suites along with 2 self-catering cottages. All en-suite and of an exceptional standard. All the rooms in the main house are named after game birds with Grouse, the 4 poster suite being the biggest. Super King Sized beds, Blackaddie House Hotel in some rooms and many with separate monsoon power showers, Each room has a fresh fruit basket every day along with homemade Scottish Tablet and shortbread along with bottles of mineral water. It is not just the dinner that is exceptional though, as breakfast too is outstanding.

The area is so rich in culture, heritage and history it is hard to know where to begin there is just so much to see and do in the region. Historic houses and castles, beautiful gardens, superb walking country, cycling, fishing, golf and much more besides.

The restaurant menus change on a daily basis and all requirements are catered for. Much of the produce the kitchen uses is grown here in the gardens and what is not is sourced as local as possible.
