The farm has three rooms for B&B that can only be used solely or in conjunction with the self-catering cottages for larger parties. Each of the bedrooms have been designed for your comfort. Overlooking the quiet countryside towards the Lincoln Cathedral. All of the rooms have ensuite bathrooms with soft white towels, complimentary toiletries, televisions, hot drinks trays and other facilities to ensure that your stay is comfortable and memorable. The Bulls Box has the benefit of being on the ground floor and has a small patio outside to enjoy the evening sun.

Breakfast is served in the spacious dining room overlooking the far-reached views of the countryside. The Grange are proud of the excellent quality of their aga cooked breakfasts, offering a range of local and homemade food. Enjoy a range of free eggs and local butcher bacon and specialty Lincolnshire sausages. Even the tomatoes and mushrooms are sourced locally. Guests can enjoy tackling a Grimsby Smoked Haddock or kipper, as an alternative. Their home-made bread even uses flour from the local windmills, Alford and Kirton Lindsay, alongside offering homemade marmalades and Lincolnshire honey.
