The Cobbles is a stunning home providing luxury B&B in the rural village of Spreyton, Devon. Jan and Den are excellent hosts who go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and at home. Breakfast is lovely with fresh eggs from the chickens and other good quality ingredients. The location provides perfect access to local attractions, walking, cycling, etc and Den is on hand to provide advice on places to visit and things to see. My partner found this on a motorcycle weekend (they are bike and dog friendly) and was so impressed that my friends and I had to try it for a girls weekend of walking and castles - we were not disappointed. We were delighted after our first stay, so much so that we've returned 5 times! A beautiful and comfortable home, excellent breakfast with great coffee, and Den and Jan go out of their way to be helpful. Combine this with easy access to Dartmoor, Exeter, and really anywhere in Devon, plus a short walk to a great CAMRA pub with terrific food, in a pretty village. Why go anywhere else? RobinA

Dog/Pet friendly
The house is situated in the village of Spreyton just a few miles from the A30. Turn off the A30 at Whiddon Down, take first right after the service station on to the A3124. After 1 mile turn right at signpost for Spreyton, after 2 miles turn left into the village go through the village past the pub on the left, the house is 200 yards further on the right opposite the church entrance behind the white bungalow.
