Just returned from a two night break. What a lovely welcoming B&B. Anna and Paula have got this just right, with plenty of helpful local knowledge. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom, and well appointed with loads of space. Huge comfortable bed, with crisp white linen. The little kitchen corner in the room is great, has a well stocked fridge and cupboards with lots of welcome treats like Yoghurts, fruits, Juices and biscuits. Loved the coffee machine and the hot milk frother. We tried two different breakfasts and can especially recommend the scrambled egg on muffin, with bacon and tomato, all from local produce. It's a nice touch having breakfast brought to the room, then eating at your own private table while looking out at the pretty garden, with a wooded hillside backdrop. This is a very quiet location, without any traffic noise, and handy for visiting towns like Clarks village at Street, and the lovely gardens of Stourhead. If your looking for an out of town peaceful retreat, they do'nt come much better than this. We hope it is not too long before we return again. Trevor and Sandra, Havant, Hampshire.

The room is beautifully appointed and spacious with a it’s own little seating area outside facing onto a lovely courtyard. It is light and airy with a good bathroom with high class gels and shampoo. The kitchen area had a pod coffee machine and there was a good range of teas, coffees and biscuits. There is a fridge stocked with fresh milk, orange juice, yoghurts and prepared fruit. A choice of hot breakfasts is brought to your room at a time of your choice to be eaten at the table by the window. It is all very civilised and we had breakfast in our pyjamas and the supplied towelling robe. A very relaxing way to start the day. The beds are very comfortable and all in all it is a very high class accommodation. It is only 10 to 15 minutes from Stourhead, which was the purpose of our stay. We had a very good dinner both nights at the Fox and Hounds in East Knoyle - a 5 minute drive away.

We have stayed at Courtyard at Park Farm for two nights in September 2017.The accommodation ist first class. Well furnished lovely, clean and spacious rooms with kitchenette and a fridge where you can find ingredients for a continental breakfast. Every morning they deliver you cooked breakfast you order the night before. You can have your breakfast either in your room or on a small terrace in front of your room. The breakfast was amazing. The Farm is located west of Salisbury a great location to visit Stourhead (our favorite garden with its exotic rhododendrons and classical tempels) and a base for exploring Salisbury and the surrounding countryside. We look forward to staying here again in March 2018.

Clean and spacious with a beautiful view in the morning to have breakfast in front of. The breakfast was brilliant with a choice to choose from all included in the price of our stay. This is a Family run business and everyone seems happy to help and go out of their way to speak to you along with giving advise of local pubs/restaurants to have a meal from.

We stayed at the courtyard for a special birthday and loved it. Spotlessly clean, quality interior, excellent breakfasts and beautiful gardens to look at and sit in. Anna was a wonderful host and would not hesitate to stay here again. Would definitely recommend. Lovely
