We had an extremely comfortable stay here. The bedroom had orthopaedic mattresses, crisp white linen, a powerful shower and was spotlessly clean. Elizabeth produced a perfectly cooked full English breakfast with home-made bread and a huge bowl of fresh fruit. Elizabeth was charming and extremely accommodating on what time we would like breakfast after we'd attended a wedding the previous day. Really fantastic value for money; we would recommend staying here if you were ever to need a bed in the surrounding area and want an incredibly comfortable, peaceful nights sleep following by a superb breakfast! The place was incredibly well-kept - smart bedding, upmarket tea and coffee facilities and luxury bathroom lotions. Elizabeth, the landlady/proprietress, was extremely welcoming, making sure I was comfortable and very accommodating with breakfast preferences and timings.
