The market town of Otley lies on the Banks of the River Wharfe in West Yorkshire and dates back to Roman times. The town holds regular markets three times a week as well as farmers markets and holds a popular folk festival in September and the Otley Show in May. Otley has featured in several television programs and is surrounded by countryside with some spectacular hills for walking.
