The hamlet of Frankby is located on the Wirral Peninsula. Mentioned in the Domesday Book, its name is believed to be Viking in origin. Attractions include Royden Park with its miniature railway and meres. The hamlet has a local pub and a church where suffragette, preacher and writer Dr Maud Royden is buried.
