Rosebank House, Blairgowrie

Welcome to our beautifully restored Georgian manse. Set back from the main road and within our mature gardens, Rosebank House is the perfect base from which to launch your Scottish adventure. Situated right on the A93, we are at the gateway to the Cairngorms National Park and the Snow Roads, Scotland's highest roads, from which you can enjoy the magnificent Scottish scenery and keep an eye out for the wonderful wildlife for which this part of the world is famous. Guided wildlife tours are available and exclusive use of a wildlife hide through Nature Nuts, run by Bob Smith. .
All the ground floor has hard wood floors and the sitting room has a wood burning stove. The kitchen is large enough to also have a table for 8 and was newly installed in 2020, with a range cooker, dishwasher, washer dryer and fridge freezer.
All of the six bedrooms are ensuite. There is a large garden for you to enjoy or have a barbeque in the summer.

Our house was built in 1836 but has been lovingly renovated so that you can enjoy all of the original features with the comfort of modern living.

Each of our 6 bedrooms (three King size bedrooms, one Double, one small double and one twin) are elegantly furnished and decorated, with lovely comfortable beds and quality bedding so you are sure to have a good night’s sleep. All our bathrooms have soft fluffy towels, and complimentary toiletries.
