Review of Primrose Cottage

100%

'Very flat Norfolk', were the words of Noel Coward and it is, mostly, but Primrose Cottage offers one of its high points - situated a short distance down a quiet country lane, the cottage is well located, on the edge of the Broads, very close to the unspoilt coast and within a few miles of the amazing Old Vicarage Gardens at East Ruston. Karen has succeeded in putting together all the ingredients for a lovely stay - beautifully appointed rooms and a delicious breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she goes out of her way to make her guests feel really at home. Faultless!

The cottage was beautifully renovated and Karen the owner was both welcoming and an excellent hostess. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Highly recommend this B&B. First class.

100%

Booked both rooms for the August Bank Holiday weekend for myself and daughter (sorry for late review Karen!). Both rooms beautifully decorated and appointed, and Karen was such a welcoming hostess.
Very convenient for both Broads and North Norfolk coast and some great National Trust properties. If hiring a day boat or canoe, can recommend Banks Boats which is close by.
Wouldn't hesitate to return.
