Mere Brook House has a total of eight bedrooms. All the rooms are en-suite. Guests are actively encouraged to use all parts of the house and coach house. Guests are welcome to help themselves to a selection of homemade cakes, cheese and homemade chutneys, fruit juice and tea and coffee from the kitchen and relax in one of the three lounges. There is hard wired internet access in every room in addition to WiFi throughout. All the rooms have been designed with your comfort in mind... The beds have pocket sprung mattresses and all rooms have colour TVs and tea and coffee making facilities. Each room has a hair dryer and an iron can also be provided on request.

Wirral also boasts idyllic sandy beaches and large areas of land owned by the National Trust which include Bidston Hill, Caldy Hill, Eastham Country Park, Hilbre Island, North Wirral Coastal Park, Thurstaston Common and Thor's Stone and Ness Botanical Gardens which are part of the University of Liverpool and have won many awards. The visitor centre at RSPB Burton Mere Wetlands provides birdwatching facilities in the Dee Estuary nature reserve.

The Lawns restaurant specialises in fine dining food and, down the road at The Red Fox gastro pub, you will find perfectly cooked international cuisine. Within ten minutes drive there is The Devon Doorway, which will suit all tastes and appetites. |Local directions:||At the roundabout of junction 4 of the M53 take the road to Clatterbridge – you will go past the hospital on your right and come to a roundabout with a garage in the middle of it, go straight across this roundabout and then at the next smaller roundabout TURN LEFT into Thornton Common Road. You will go past the rugby club on your left, continue on this road and you will see a sale sign “Potatoes for Sale” on the right hand side, slow down as we are the next property and our entrance is at the end of a long brown wooden fence - the sign is low down at the side of the entrance – come and you will see the house|
