Overview
Lobhill Farmhouse is ideally situated to explore both Devon and Cornwall. This beautiful 130 year old farmhouse enjoys the enviable position of being just 3 miles from glorious Dartmoor and still within easy reach of the coast. With its large garden, woodland, lake and newly planted vineyard, guests are welcome to relax and enjoy the quiet scenery that surrounds them. The rooms in this delightful farmhouse are very comfortable and nicely designed with an airy, contemporary feel. Golf, fishing, watersports and cycling can be found locally with excellent pubs and award winning restaurants nearby.

Excellent B&B accommodation, very comfortable and clean as well as great value. I was working in the area but thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, Jane is a lovely host, the rooms are of a very high standard and the breakfast is first class.
All set in beautiful countryside with several good pubs nearby. As someone who travels frequently for work and pleasure, I would happily recommend very highly and have just booked a return visit which I'm looking forward to.

I stayed at Lobhill last year and needed to stay again en route for Falmouth. I pre-arranged to arrive very late and to leave promptly and Jane could not have been more helpful and flexible.
Fitted into my trip plan perfectly thanks to Jane's flexibility. It gave me a peaceful rest in the midst of a hectic schedule. The breakfast was fresh and yummy too. All round perfect.

Fabulous find!
This B&B looked great on the website but was even better than imagined! Loved every minute! There were new & interesting surprises all the time. We took a walk through the woods, around the lake, through the beautiful gardens to the Vineyard. Needless to say the beds were comfy & the room cosy! Thank you for a lovely time Jane & family.

Wonderful country break with all the comforts of home
A one nights stay to visit friends nearby, Lobhill came highly recommended and justifiably so. The room was beautiful and elegant yet cosy and welcoming, the breakfast was divine and the hostess just the right level of friendliness

Clean, warm, comfortable, lots of room with excellent facilities. Breakfast 5 star +. Jane was so friendly and did everything to make this the best stay in Devon and Cornwall. Fantastic building set in beautiful grounds with walks and activities listed. Fantastic stay.
