Little London Wales, also known as Llundain Fach, was built around 1805 and used as a temporary home for Welsh Drovers to rest their flocks of sheep on their way to the London Markets. There were around 70 of these properties across Wales and England, many Little London's still existing today, one of which is here!

Stay in one of just two highly appointed rooms or the on-site glamping pod. Treetops does, as the name suggests, overlook the treetops of the B&B as well as the River Tawe. Riverside has a stunning window seat offering relaxing views of the river running by. Relax in the king-sized bed on a luxury Hypnos Lansdowne Cashmere mattress and Egyptian cotton bedding. USB’s on either side of the bed allows for charging of your mobile device's Wi-Fi is provided. Both rooms have large ensuite bathrooms with freestanding baths and separate glass panelled showers. For something a little different, located on the property, the Glamping Pod offers stunning views and privacy.
What can guests enjoy when staying in the Abercrave area?
There are a plethora of amazing reservoirs to walk up, down, and around in the Brecon Beacons. Some are harder than others, but all give amazing views of this beautiful part of the Welsh Countryside. Located just 3 miles away is Henrhyd Falls. This was Batman's lair in The Dark Knight Rises! It's a beautiful walk, but it's very steep and can be slippery, so it's not for everyone. You could easily spend a whole day at the National Showcaves Centre For Wales, which is located just 3.2 miles away. Craig Y Nos Country Park is a 40 acre Victorian garden just 3 miles away, with loads of paths to wander and explore. There is plenty of room to sit and enjoy a picnic and to take in the wonderful views. Join one of the Beacons Trike Tours and sit on the back of a motor trike and get whisked off for a magical ride up into the mountains.
Where can guests enjoy food and drink?
Little London Wales offers a good choice of breakfast options and uses locally sourced products as much as possible. Breakfast is served between 8.00 and 9.30am. On warmer days breakfast is served outside on the patio overlooking the river unless you state otherwise.
