How marvellous to read such glowing reviews with which I totally agree. Was visiting Longleat and various National Trust properties in the area. I booked in by myself as my friends were staying in a village nearby. I couldn't have been more welcomed by Joy and Sim. I loved my room which so comfortable and clean and the view was amazing. All the little touches fresh roses in my room well stocked tea tray. Bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was excellent with some very tasty home made produce with some lively conversation. I will definitely go back and recommend to friends and family. Thank you Joy and Sim

I stayed one night but would have been happy to stay more. Joy and Sim provided a clean and comfortable room, with lots of small, thoughtful touches. (The Penguin biscuit was specially welcome after a tiring drive!) It's like staying in a private house, with attractive furniture and ornaments, and a good selection of books. The view out over the back garden is stunning, and if the weather had been nicer I might have sat outside for my breakfast (which was excellent). I have stayed in a lot of B&Bs, and this one is up there with the best.

Trip

If you are looking for a modern B&B then this is not the one of you, what is does have is wonderful views, old fashioned charm and character. Run by Joy and Sim they are wonderful hosts and I was well looked after, they even phone the local pub to make a dinner reservation. A good selection at breakfast to send you on your way. I must mention the bedding, the mattress is wonderful and sooooooo comfortable, with sheets crisp and fresh, I slept like a log. A clean and tidy place to get your head down.

From a very warm welcome by owners Joy and Sim a stay at the Deverill End B & B was perfect in every way. Lovely room with all possible requirements, tea, coffee & chocolate making facilities, TV, even a selection of books, etc. Views out to lovely Wiltshire countryside and the houses immaculate garden complete perfect accomodation. Breakfast is a 10 out of 10 with virtually anything you require and much is superb home produced. We will return to a B & B that you could call home from home.

Joy and Sim are charming and very interesting hosts who make you feel most welcome to their lovely home with beautiful views over the Wiltshire countryside. The bedrooms are spotless, quiet, and with very comfortable beds. Breakfast is delicious,a full English, with lots of home produced goodies, fruit compote, apple juice, marmalade, toast, and eggs from their own chickens. Highly recommended, a special place to stay!

TP

We had a lovely stay at Deverill End, and couldn't have asked for more. We had a family room, which had wonderful views over Joy and Sim's gorgeous garden and beyond! The room had everything you needed, lots of cupboarrd space, very comfy bed and en suite bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, with home made jams and locally sourced food. Joy and Sim are lovely hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, many thanks!
