Church House, nestling in a Special Landscape Area, has three comfortable well appointed bedrooms with double aspects overlooking churches and peaceful countryside. This beautiful relaxing artists' home full of books and fresh flowers is a delightful mix of family antiques, contemporary art and film/BBC props. The large garden - adjacent to an archaeological site - is a haven for wildlife with chairs and hammock in the orchard inviting idle relaxation. Scrumptious breakfasts include home made yogurt, muesli, bread and preserves together with local bacon and wild and organic foods. Follow the footpath to the excellent village pub (15 minutes) or picturesque Woodbridge (four miles) offers an impressive selection of independent restaurants - chic classy dining, casual bistros or Michelin stars. Legendary Sutton Hoo, Snape (music, galleries, shops, antiques), Minsmere RSPB, enigmatic Orfordness, and the unspoilt heritage coast together with the timeless seaside towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh are a short drive through stunning countryside under huge Suffolk skies.
