Cambridge House has five en-suite rooms, all furnished to a high standard with antiques in keeping with the arts and crafts period and all with south-facing views across Swaledale. There are three double rooms, one twin and one single room, and all but the single room, which has an en-suite shower room, have baths with showers. All rooms have hypoallergenic bedding, luxury cotton linen and towels, fluffy dressing gown and slippers, TV with Freeview, Noble Isle luxury toiletries and an extensive range of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and fresh milk. Guests can also enjoy the guest lounge, conservatory and garden, with seating areas. There is a drying room and laundry and secure gated parking and bike storage.

Eating out is a short stroll into Reeth centre, where there are three pubs, one hotel and several coffee shops, and another inn is a twenty minute walk away. For those guests wishing to drive, there are several pubs with restaurants in neighbouring villages and both Richmond and Leyburn are approximately 10 miles away, where there are more restaurants offering a selection of cuisines from British with local produce to Sicilian and French.
