My stay at bovey cottage was one of the best. Mike and linda were the perfect hosts mike is fine chef breakfast was top notch and evening meals were just the job. This stay was booked via work but i would definitely stay if iam down that way for pleasure. A dip in the pool after a long day is a must not forgetting to give patch the dog a bit of a fuss he loves it. The house and gardens are so peaceful nice place to just chill with a glass of wine Ben

From the warm welcome, to lunch for 3 and finding an iron. They put up with us all coming and going constantly. Beautiful house and gardens to while away the time. sadly we didnt make the most of the beautiful pool area. Fergus

Our visit to Bovey Cottage was a pleasure from start to finish. From the friendly welcome to the comfy beds, delicious breakfasts with homemade bread and the lovely room with views of the extensive gardens, this really was a delightful stay with two of the nicest people you could wish to meet and their super-friendly dog.
