Stayed for an evening, had a lovely time. It was so peaceful and tranquil. The room was lovely, the bed very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. I had the blueberry pancakes. My partner and I were very happy and we hope we get the chance to go back again soon. Would recommend to all couples looking to get a weekend away from the big city like we did.

We stayed at the B & B in July 2017 and enjoyed very much. The room was cozy and very clean and the breakfasts excellent. The fact that there are horses on the property was a plus for me who loves animals. Caroline the owner is very welcomin and nice. You may wish to have a GPS in your car or on your phone to find your way in this beautiful country side. Not much restaurants in the area, take Caroline's advice to make a good choice. I highly recommended for visiting Highclere Castle!

A great place to stay. Beautiful house. Large comfortable rooms and ensuites, furnished to high standard. The most comprehensive choice at breakfast I have seen in any 4 star hotel. Kind, welcoming, and yet un-intrusive hosting; all topped up by beauty of Arabian horses. I did not want to go home. Given a choice between Binley House Farm and any 4 star hotel, I would choose Binley house Farm every time. Thank you Caroline for making my stay so special.
