Rookery Barn B&B

Sea Palling Road, Ingham, Norwich, Norfolk, NR12 0TW

Rookery Barn is a stunning Grade 2 listed property offering quality bed and breakfast in completely self contained accommodation. It stands in a lovely walled garden next to a pretty wood, and is close to miles of unspoilt beaches and the Norfolk Broads. The two rooms are furnished and equipped to the highest standards and have an abundance of character, with exposed timbers and brickwork. Pebbles has its own private patio from which breakfast may be taken in summer. There is an abundance of wildlife nearby, including seals, and the vibrant city of Norwich is a short drive away. Covered, secure storage for cycles is provided, and there is ample off road parking.

Rookery Barn is part of the following Travel Ideas:

Ten of the Best East Anglian Retreats by Jessica Baldwin

"This stretch of coastline is often overlooked by tourists who flock to North Norfolk’s more talked about towns. However, the raw beauty of this area is undeniable with sheltered sand dunes, empty beaches and hundreds of beautiful wild seals. Rookery Barn is a Grade 2 listed barn conversion with a lovely walled garden. Walk along the cliff tops to the pretty village of Happisburgh, famous for its crumbling cliffs."

Rookery Barn is certainly a luxury Bed & Breakfast in a beautiful setting. The rooms are immaculate, ours even had it's own small patio where if we had wanted we could have had our breakfast served. There were many unexpected extras. Our hosts were very friendly, helpful & hospitable. Would love to go again.

Warm welcome, beautiful rooms, a variety of food on the breakfast menu and small personal touch in the room (fruit and chocolate bars plus bottled water). All this made for a perfect stay.

We had a lovely stay with Lynda and Tony and will definitely be back! The Driftwood room was beautiful with a very comfy bed and such a nice warm bathroom I could not resist having a bath twice (even though we had hoped to have the Pebbles room before we arrived). We really enjoyed our stay and conversations with our hosts. Here's hoping that Mr Bumble continues with his happy life as long as he can. Looking forward to our next stay already.
