The top floor has a Superior King Room, a double and 2 twin rooms. All rooms have en-suite facilities with white fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. Guests will find tea and coffee making facilities in all rooms with both superior rooms also having a coffee machine. Each room has a wall mounted flat screen TV with freeview channels.

Eastbourne has a lovely sea front perfect for walking along from Sovereign Harbour with its restaurants and shops to the base of the South Downs. The main shopping centre has recently been refurbished. There are 4 theatres in Eastbourne showing a variety of performances through out the year. The Bandstand is the busiest in the UK with tribute bands performing from April - October, plus more traditional brass bands on Wednesday evenings and Sunday afternoons.

Where can guests enjoy food and drink?
A delicious home cooked to order breakfast is served daily from 8.30am - 9.30am in the bright sunny breakfast room located on the ground floor of the property. Fresh fruit salad is made every morning using seasonal fruit, perfect with chilled natural yogurt. Why not try the wonderful Eggs Benedict, loved by many regular guests - started as a "special" but is now a permanent feature on the full menu.
A "Takeaway Breakfast" is available with at least 24 hours notice if you require an early start.
