Reviews

5* If you want to feel like the Lord & Lady of the Manor than this is the place for you! Fabulous manor with friendly and informative hosts. We had the 'yellow room', perfectly decorated, huge room with high quality bed and bedding, large bathroom and all with lovely views of the gardens and grounds. Plus a great breakfast as well. We stayed for 2 nights and would have liked to stay longer. John and Jo were more than happy to share their local knowledge and provided us with the location of 2 wonderful places to dine. Jo gave us directions when we departed to unsure we saw more beautiful Cotswold villages as we headed south. Thank you team Aylworth, so glad we stayed with you.

5* We had a wonderful two night stay at Aylworth Manor, a quintessential English country house. The rooms were luxurious. Although our room was not ensuite we did have our own private bathroom immediately next door which is the next best thing. We did view the room with its own ensuite and we will try and book this one next time. Breakfast was lovely and the hosts made us feel very welcome. This was was extremely good value for money and we will definitely look to stay here again if back in the area.

John also recommended the Hollow Bottom pub which had lovely evening meals. lovely spot to stay and we highly recommend it to anyone wanting to explore the area Stayed April 2016, travelled with family

Warm & smart atmosphere. You feel quickly being a member of this intelligent family which maintains British traditions with style & humour. So you feel at ease very quickly even if your hostess is crippled with a broken leg !! Very comfy rooms , a pleasant garden and good location to explore the Costwolds. Highly recommended
