Ardtorna is Argyll's only 5 Star Gold bed and breakfast. Scones with clotted cream and home made jam are served between 4 and 6pm on the day of arrival. Guests can enjoy complimentary Malt whisky and home made whisky cream liqueur throughout their stay. Spa passes and golf are available for an additional charge. The owner is a former Longbow archery champion and lessons are available at Ardtorna.

Each of Ardtorna's four individually styled bedrooms have spectacular lochside views, super king beds, ceiling to floor windows and top of the range designer bathrooms with fluffy bathrobes and towels. All rooms come complete with Dyson hairdryers, TV/DVD Players, iPod docking stations and even underfloor heating.
Can you suggest any activities or things to do while staying in the Oban area?
Oban is split into the North and South and makes for a brilliant base for tourists. It is surrounded by miles of seashores and countryside. Oban has a number of surrounding islands including, Staffa, Mull or Iona, all of which you could fit into one day trip. The walk to the ruined Dunollie Castle makes for the perfect seafront stroll before relaxing and unwinding in one of the many pubs, cafes or bars along the coastline.
Where can guests enjoy food and drink?
Breakfast is served daily from 8.00 - 9.00 am, with fresh fruit juices, cereals and accompaniments laid out in the dining room for guests to choose from. Cooked breakfasts are also available for guests to choose from the main dishes menu. Ardtorna also recommends a handful of local eateries in the nearby area. A shuttle service is available to local restaurants at an additional charge.
