Five miles away from Dartmouth and on the A3122. From A38 Devon Expressway, southbound, exit on the Totnes/Dartmouth turnoff and follow the brown tourist board signs. When travelling northbound, use the South Brent/Avonwick exit.

Heading southbound, leave the M5 at Exeter and follow the A38 towards Plymouth. Beware that sat-navs may try to send you on the A380 to Torquay which involves a ferry crossing. Take the Buckfastleigh/Totnes exit from the A38 and from there follow the brown tourist signs on the A381 direct to the site via the villages of Harbertonford and Moreleigh. Heading northbound, follow the A38 from Plymouth take the Avonwick/South Brent exit. Follow the brown tourist signs marked Woodlands Leisure Park through Totnes, taking the A381 road to Kingsbridge/Dartmouth Road. Turn left at Halwell on to the A3122 to Dartmouth and Woodlands is just two miles down the road on your right.
