Lime Wood Hotel, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, Hampshire, SO43 7FZ
The Herb House is a truly special place for both relaxation and pampering as well as serious health and fitness. The unique forest setting and innovative use of natural materials combined with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment and the best holistic and Ayurvedic therapies, puts the Herb House in a different league. We like to think outside the box, so we've created a Sauna with forest views, a Bath House (complete with its own indoor pool), a Mud House, a Bath Garden (double treatment room with its own bubbling outdoor pool) and a steaming Hot Pool, where you can sit outside and look out at the forest. To reflect its name the roof of the Herb House is devoted to a roof garden, filled with the fragrance of fresh herbs.
The Herb House Spa also has a Restaurant:
The Herb House Spa is part of the following Travel Ideas:
"Bundle your mum in the car and escape to the stunning New Forest for a serene Mother & Daughter spa day. Let your mind wander amongst the waft of aromatherapy oils during a Bamford De-Stress Massage, before making the toughest decision of the day: Deluxe Manicure or Pedicure? Feast (healthily) in the Raw & Cured bar, before spending the rest of the day mooching about the spa. Your reluctance to leave will be eased with the gift of a goodie bag to take home."
"Mint Condition is a spa day for the boys. Kicking off with a full Body MOT to check exactly what shape you’re in, your Personal Trainer will then work out a bespoke one-to-one training session to push your fitness levels to the limit. Once you’ve worked up a good sweat, you’ll be rewarded with a Deep Tissue Massage to pummel any tight muscles – leaving you relaxed and little bit more buff!"
"If you’re seeking a boutique weight-busting break, then head to Lime Wood where the Herb House Spa runs a popular Detox Thyme program. Exploiting the natural beauty of the outdoors, the luxury spa’s goal is to get you in fit in the forest with a packed timetable. Expect Voya seaweed body wraps, raw cuisine and rooftop yoga classes."

Review of The Herb House Spa

Love this Spa. I could never have imagined how good food cooked by Raw Chefs would be. Utterly filling and tasty. Loved the hotel too. Finding ways to see when I can return.
