Harrogate Turkish Baths & Health Spa
Allow yourself a recommended visit time of one and a half hours to obtain the maximum benefit from the Baths. Soft towels are provided along with the guarantee of complete relaxation. Firstly, after a shower, relax in the Steam Room scented with eucalyptus, then take a bracing dip in the Plunge Pool. Towel down and work your way up through the three interconnecting Hot Room Chambers - Tepidarium (warm), the Calidarium (hot) and Laconium (hottest) allowing the warmth to continue its therapeutic effects. Repeat this cycle as often as you wish and then spend half an hour cooling down in the frigidarium (Relaxation Room).
