The Marstan Hotel is an elegant mid-Victorian Villa peacefully located along Meadfoot Sea Road in a conservation area within Torquay. The harbour and town are approximately ten minutes walk with the blue flag awarded Meadfoot Beach and it's stunning views being less than five minutes on foot. An extensive refurbishment programme saw The Marstan achieve a five-star guest house rating in 2007. In keeping with the period of the building, the hotel is traditionally furnished with antiques complemented with modern amenities such as contemporary bathrooms, flat screen televisions, wifi and ipod docking stations. The Marstan is the only five star guest house in Torquay to benefit from a combination of an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and a licensed bar. The owners and staff endeavour to provide an attentive and personal service without being intrusive, with the aim of creating a luxury boutique hotel ambience.

Local directions:	Coming from Exeter, follow the A380 towards Torquay. At the junction of A3022 follow the signs for the Sea Front. When you reach the Sea Front make a left turn onto Torbay Road. Follow Torbay Road to the second roundabout. (this is just past Debenhams) and make a left at this roundabout onto Babbacombe Road. Make a right turn at the next traffic light onto Meadfoot Road. Meadfoot Road becomes Meadfoot Sea Road. We are on the right hand side just 3 minutes up the road. Just look for the black and gold sign.
