Byfords boutique style hotel dates back to around the 15th century and has been beautifully restored to provide stunning suites combined with an acclaimed all-day café and delicatessen. It is belived to be Holt's oldest house, full of character with numerous nooks and crannies to explore. All suites are individually furnished to retain the original character and atmosphere of the original building and of course boast every modern convenience. The Café offers easy-going Mediterranean style cuisine using local produce where available, ideal for romantic candlelit dinners or alfresco dining in the summer.
