The Thatched Cottage Hotel is situated in Brockenhurst near Southampton and is the ideal centre for holidays in the New Forest in Hampshire. Built in 1627 and converted into a deluxe small hotel and restaurant in 1991. The timber framed thatched cottage combines all modern essentials with old world charm. The five double rooms are individually decorated and all have memorable features including 'Sleep'eeze' appointed Double Beds and frilled quality Duvets. The intimate 30-seat restaurant is decorated with beautiful flower arrangements, which emphasize the New Forest ambiance. Freshest quality, organic local produce, such as New Forest Wild Mushrooms and Wild Game are often featured on the lunch and evening menus.
