Plantation House is an intimate, stylish, privately owned hotel situated in the South Hams region of South Devon, the hotel is but a short drive to Plymouth, Ivybridge (the gateway to Dartmoor) and the A38 expressway to Cornwall. Formerly the parish rectory, this lovely building stands in its own secluded gardens, idyllically positioned overlooking the River Erme and its picturesque valley. The eight individually designed, well proportioned bedrooms are all en suite. With their own unique style and character, each room has a comfortable sitting area offering soothing rural views. The dining room is small, however if you relish the indulgence of the finest ingredients available from the West Country, then this is the place to be.

From Plymouth via A38; exit for B3213 to Ivybridge and Ermington. Follow signs to Ermington, go through the village. Turn right at the bottom of the hill. Plantation House is 200 yards on the right.
