Philipburn Country House Hotel is set on the outskirts of historic Selkirk in the Scottish Borders, within easy reach of the A7. Built in 1751 and converted into a hotel in the 1970s, this former Dower House enjoys a tranquil setting, surrounded by gardens and woodland. There are five Luxury rooms and seven Standard rooms located in the main hotel. Each of these high quality en-suite bedrooms is individually designed and tastefully appointed to the highest standards. Some of the Luxury rooms feature Jacuzzi baths or a mezzanine floor and balcony dividing the lounge from the sleeping area. Choose from Charlie’s Bistro or 1745 Restaurant menu whilst enjoying pre-dinner drinks in the bar. The dedicated restaurant team has a reputation for high standards of fine food and friendly service.
