The current owners have kept the old fashioned character of the hotel intact, in order to retain its Highland charm and old world atmosphere. The bedrooms each have their own individual character. Some rooms are wood-lined, and one has a 19th century canopied bed from nearby Armadale Castle. The hotel has won many awards for its cuisine, wine list, hospitality and comfort.
