The Peat Inn is situated just six miles from St Andrews, the home of golf. A former coaching inn, put on the map over three decades ago by Chef Laureate David Wilson and has become renowned for excellent cooking and fine hospitality. The accommodation offers eight beautifully appointed suites with bedroom and separate living room uniquely on two levels. Each suite has been individually styled and carefully furnished providing the perfect space for you to relax. Three small dining rooms make up the restaurant, providing an intimate setting for lunch or dinner. Each room is also available for private parties if required. Add to this the warm reception lounge with it's deep sofas and open log fire and the restaurant creates an atmosphere which is friendly and relaxed.

| Local directions: | From Edinburgh follow the signs for the Forth road bridge. This takes you on to the M90, follow this to Junction 2A, take the A92 and follow the signs for Kirkcaldy and St Andrews. Continue on this road until you come to a roundabout. Take the 3rd exit from this roundabout and continue to the next roundabout where you follow the A915 signposted Leven. Keep on the A915 through Leven to Upper Largo having passed through Lundin Links. In Upper Largo the A915 goes off to the left - signposted Largoward and St Andrews. A mile of so along this road, take the B941 – signposted Peat Inn and Cupar – the Inn is about 1.5 miles along this road on the left. |
