The White Vine House

The White Vine House is situated in the heart of the ancient Cinque Port town of Rye. A handsome Georgian frontage has been added since the 13th century but essentially the building retains much of its distinguished Medieval and Elizabethan character. There are seven bedrooms, all have been refurbished and now have period furniture and luxury bath or shower rooms. One bedroom has an antique four-poster but all have the charm you would expect of this historic house. One of the best reasons for staying at White Vine House is to enjoy a sumptuous dinner in the restaurant. Start with a relaxing drink in the intimate panelled club bar whilst you contemplate the regularly changing menu which using local organic produce wherever possible.
