Its all very cosy and an impressive copper canopied fire is the centerpiece of the Cocktail Bar, inscribed all around with quotes from Scottish poet Robert Burns famous work, Tam O`Shanter.

Follow A736 through Barrhead towards Irvine. Village is 4 miles beyond Barrhead on Left just past Shilford Petrol station. From Glasgow Airport - (Via Howwood). Follow A737 towards Irvine. Turn Left at Howwood. Follow B776 To A736 (Caldwell Golf Club). Turn Left onto A736. Over bridge 1st right into village of Uplawmoor. Uphill around corner hotel is on right hand side. From Prestwick Airport - Follow A78 towards Irvine. Turn Left at Warrix Interchange. Turn off at Glasgow. First Left Newmoor Roundabout (Ignore Glasgow Signs). Follow Sign for Newmoor North. Follow Sign for A736 and stay on this road until sign for Uplawmoor. Over bridge 1st right into village of Uplawmoor. Uphill around corner hotel is on right hand side.
