The Nurse's Cottage


The Nurse's Cottage is one of the area's lovelist places to wine, dine and relax. All guest accommodation is situated on the ground floor and the individually designed en-suite bedrooms are named after District Nurses who lived here. Dinner is served seven nights a week in the Conservatory Restaurant, combining House Specialities and British Classics supplemented by daily specials using fresh local ingredients wherever possible. Many suppliers are members of Hampshire Fare, supporting the promotion of local produce. Bread, rolls, scones and cakes are made on the premises, while the peppermint ovals and white chocolate truffles (delicious) are hand-crafted by Trevor Smith at the Beaulieu Chocolate Studio.
