The Inn at Lathones is a charming old coaching inn that dates back over 400 years (there's even a rumour that The Grey Lady, a resident friendly ghost lives in the bar area) and yet the rooms are surprisingly modern and fresh - Italian furniture, immaculate bathrooms, jazzy art on the walls. The 2 Rosette awarded restaurant has an exciting new menu and the food is simple but really good - local smoked haddock, goasts cheese salad, sticky toffee pudding.
