There are eight bedrooms in the main house and four split-level bedrooms in the converted stable block. The rooms boast contemporary décor, original features, fine linens and above all - lots of space. The excellent restaurant lies at the heart of the hotel and, from simple Welsh breakfasts to classic sophisticated suppers, uses the freshest of local ingredients, cooked simply. Much of the meat and poultry is raised on the hotel's own farm, and fresh seafood and fish are delivered daily.
