A hotel with personality. A warm welcoming informal efficient place with heart, set in a beautiful location, so quiet but close to fast A3 truck road and main railway line. Good food, country house style which is real not just a facade. Parkland surrounding, friendly dog, set in a wonderful downland landscape.

One of the most comfortable and real relaxing breaks I have ever had. Comfy room, good breakfast. Ambience of the place was great. Would highly recommend it.
