Local directions: Northbound - Heading north on the A1, follow the road past the Angel of the North. Take the next exit sign posted Team Valley Trading Estate. Drive through Team Valley along Kingsway. Drive straight over the first roundabout, then at the second roundabout (St. Georges House) take the second exit into Eastern Avenue. Follow Eastern Avenue crossing over a mini roundabout. At the top of this road there is a garage called PDS Motors, take the immediate left after the garage. Follow the road for about 200 yards and the Eslington Villa Hotel is on your left. Southbound - Heading South on the A1, take the exit marked B1426 (Team Valley). Turn left at the roundabout following signs for the Team Valley Trading Estate. At the next roundabout, turn right onto Kingsway. Proceed until the next roundabout and then turn left onto Eastern Avenue. Follow Eastern Avenue crossing over a nimi roundabout, at the top of this road there is a garage called PDS Motors, take the immediate left after the garage. Follow the road for about 200 yards and the Hotel is on your left.
