Local directions:	Take A354 from Dorchester into Weymouth, keeping Radipole Lake on the left. Cross straight over at the traffic lights and follow the marina to the next set of lights (by Asda). Go straight over the lights and up the hill, and go through the next 2 sets of lights which leads to Rodwell Road. Turn left to Southdown Road, then follow this road as far as St Martins Road, then turn left down St Annes Road. Seaview is 3rd house on the left.
Bedroom Facilities:	Bedlinen & towels included, main bedroom has stair access to loft room (sleeps 2) with superb views over Portland Harbour.
Property Facilities:	Private garden with trees and shrubs, patios areas, BBQ and summer house with fridge, lounge with Sky TV, open plan dining area with seating for up to 10 - 12 guests, small sitting room/study off dining area with double sofa bed, Wi-Fi internet access throughout, fully fitted kitchen with all new appliances including dishwasher, fridge oven , grill, hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, utensils. Snug area at back of kitchen with seating for 5 and patio doors to the garden.
