Mead Cottage is a carefully-restored building that can now be enjoyed as a self-catering holiday for those who appreciate a historical setting, in the grounds of Castle Combe and amongst the inspiring landscape of the Cotswold Hills. There is a great deal to experience in this part of England, with many historic towns, race courses and golf courses to choose from during the course of your stay. Short breaks are available in an interior made cosy by a log-burning stove and underfloor heating, with comfortable furnishings and a spacious dining area. Longleat safari park and Stonehenge are both a convenient driving distance away, and the Badminton Horse Trials take place in May.
