The Laguna beech house, near Rye in East Sussex, is suitable for between six and eight people who are looking to enjoy all the delights of the sandy beaches a short walk away. This self-catering service is organised with luxury and relaxation in mind, including a private balcony and roof deck, with seaviews, two sunloungers and one king-sized bed. The living room contains a wood burner and a widescreen TV with access to Satellite channels, all enjoyed through a choice of cosy armchairs and sofas. Sailing and surfboarding are just two of the water pursuits that can be experienced here, at one of England's cleanest beaches.

Local directions: From the M20 take junction 10 for the A2070 Brenzett & Ashford international station. At the main roundabout, take the fourth exit to Brenzett. Straight over the small roundabout then left onto the A2070. After 9 miles on this road, you come to a roundabout head straight across this, following the sign to Rye on the A259. After 6.7 miles, turn left to Camber village, take the first right signposted to the beach.You are now on Old Lydd Road.
