Gardener's Cottage

South Chesthill Estate, Glen Lyon, Aberfeldy, Perth & Kinross, PH15 2PN

This attractive holiday cottage dates back to the 1800's and is located with wonderful views of Glen Lyon. The area around the cottage is particularly enchanting as some of the photographs show, including dramatic hills, open fields, mature trees and the River Lyon. It has wonderful views of the glen, which has been named one of the 'most beautiful glens in Scotland'. It is both a perfect base from which to enjoy the surrounding countryside, and somewhere to enjoy a little quiet time away from the hectic hustle and bustle of life.

A pretty little cottage set in the most beautiful Glen, with an abundance of wildlife and surrounded by Munros.

Fantastic cottage that I cannot recommend highly enough. Beautifully presented with lots to see and do if you can peel yourself away from the wood burning stove.... We loved it.

We have stayed in the cottage 4 times and the lodge every year for 30 years for fishing. The new fittings in the cottage are really good. We will keep coming as Glen Lyon and S Chesthill are really beautiful another great week.

Terry & I have been many, many times before and always loved it – but the cottage now has a cared for look, lived in and the work that has gone into the refurbishment in and around the kitchen is fabulous – well done to all.
