Combrew Farm Cottages offer luxury self-catering accommodation for people looking to holiday in North Devon, located within 140 acres of the beautiful scenic countryside. The cottages have between two and seven bedrooms, all with pleasant and traditional features, modern kitchens and comfortable furnishings, while also offering guests the use of their own heated indoor swimming pool and spa. There are many facilities on offer for both adults and children to enjoy, including an adventure play area, a tennis and badminton court, a fitness room,a steam sauna and solarium, while there is plenty to enjoy in the surrounding area within walking distance or a short drive, such wonderful sandy beaches, the Tarka Trail and famous Exmoor National Park.

Has everything for the perfect family getaway, play park with trampolines, rabbits, hens and ducks and a swimming pool and table tennis if the weather is poor. The rooms are full of high quality furniture, clean and good sized. Great location for North Devon attractions.

Well equipped, clean cottages. Really well suited to young families. All equipment provided and accommodation largely child proofed. Great hosts, friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Fantastic facilities, wonderful warm swimming pool, adventure playground and goats, rabbits and chickens to feed. Fabulous holiday!

The peacefulness, but also access to local interests and Barnstaple. If the weather isn't good, the swimming pool, table tennis etc is always available. A large, comfortable accommodation (Rose Cottage) with all amenities, including a wonderfully large kitchen! The owners are always available.

We were looking for accommodation suitable for a family of 10 ranging in ages from 11 to 66. The Roundhouse was superb with a huge dining table for us to enjoy meals in comfort. The house was spotless and well equipped. The pool with spa and jets was really warm and never crowded. The play park was good for the children and they enjoyed feeding the animals.

Combrew Farm is a wonderful, relaxing place for a holiday in Devon. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The cottages are well equipped and comfy. Excellent facilities mean there is always something to do whatever the weather. This year was our 5th stay and we have already booked for next year.

We have been visitors since 2006 twice a year and we have always received a warm welcome with a starter pack of milk, tea, biscuits and wine. Everything is to a very high standard and is so comfortable. Logs are provided. Facilities include swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium, tennis court, badminton court, games room with pool and darts and bikes.

The Roundhouse, extremely well equipped. There is everything there from crockery, tumble dryer. Very spacious house. Lovely warm swimming pool. The children loved feeding the animals and playing in the park and the pool. Huge dinning table. Plenty of seating. Lovely area. Hosts very pleasant and accommodating. Perfect for family gathering.

Second visit to Combrew Farm both times in The Roundhouse. Wow! What a cottage. We were 2 families (9 in total) and there is plenty of room to not be on top of each other, plenty of toilets (it's important you know!), plenty of sitting space in the lounge to all watch TV or the gorgeous log burner and the kitchen is so well stocked, it's like being at home. We even arranged for an internet shop to be delivered and although we were there in time to receive it, Sue had offered to put it away for us if we weren't there.
The swimming pool is fantastic, spotlessly clean (as is the cottage) and the Sauna is a little bit of luxury. The information room has a wealth of tourist information leaflets, books for the avid reader who has read all of theirs and the computer is that bit of tech that actually we all sometimes need just to do our banking or receive an email.
The location is superb, so many tourist attractions and beaches and little towns with harbours, I love it! Because there is so much to do we never used the tennis courts at Combrew but the children all loved the play area and feeding the Guinea Pigs, chickens and goats.
A truly wonderful place that I would recommend to anyone. Sue showed us another cottage (that I can't remember the name of) and it was equally as stunning as ours. We WILL be returning in the future, our children (ages 12, 11, 10, 8 & 7) have fantastic memories of Combrew and North Devon and all ask to go back all the time.
Go........you won't be disappointed.
