We loved our stay at the Apple Loft Cottage. The cottage is charming and extremely well equipped. We really felt at home here. We stayed over Christmas and even had our own Christmas tree and treats waiting for us upon arrival. Julia and Martin couldn't have done more to make our stay perfect. Lovely stable door cottage in beautiful secluded location set in gorgeous grounds full of English flowers. Private access to walk along the River Dart and fabulous viewing point to see the South Devon Railway. Near for Dartmoor, steam railway, Abbey, otter & butterfly sanctuary, Totnes, Teignmouth and much more. JayneB

Appleloft Cottage was beautiful, it was cleaned to a high standard and warm. The cottage was fully equipped. Our hostess, Julia, had baked a delicious cake as a welcome. Loved the dogs. A washing machine would have been better than the dishwasher! All in all, a fabulous holiday. ChrysN

Hosts very friendly and welcoming. Cottage delightful, clean, comfortable and cosy. Setting very quiet and peaceful yet within walking distance of town. Relaxing garden to sit in. Lots of attention to detail in the cottage, reading material, games and local info on hand. KatrinaP
