William & Browns Tapas aims to bring authentic modern and traditional Spanish cooking to Whitstable. The decor is contemporary and understated and reminiscent of an upmarket Spanish bodega as plate after plate of tasty treats are enjoyed from marble counters while watching the world go through the large picture windows. There are also tables and chairs for those looking for a more substantial meal. The menu changes with the seasons and new dishes are added every week alongside old favourites, order a bunch of plates to share from Jamon Serrano, Basque chorizo picante and salchichon, Manchego with quince jelly, Albondigas, Calamares or choose a more substantive main meal like the Valenciana Paella with chicken, squid, mussels & prawns – all served from the open kitchen.
