Wheeler's of St James's

For most of last century Wheeler’s was a renowned chain of fish restaurants specialising in Smoked Salmon, Oysters and Grilled Fresh Fish dishes. Marco Pierre White and Sir Rocco Forte have joined forces to revive the Wheeler’s brand with Wheeler’s of St James’. The interior is sumptuous with striking black and white photography contrasting red walls, crystal chandeliers, a curved zinc bar and intimate booths, the main dining room lighter and brighter. The menu is British with plenty of Wheeler classics and Oyster Bar favourites. The signature dish is Wheeler’s Classic Fish Pie, a three course meal could comprise York Ham and Home-made Piccalilli, Wild Halibut Streak served with Tartare Sauce and completed by a Hot Raspberry Souffle.
