The kitchen, run by chef proprietor Toby Fletcher, has a philosophy of sourcing as much local produce as possible to create innovative modern British cuisine. Regularly changed, fixed price menus feature dishes such as roast guinea fowl with asparagus, garlic and thyme sauce. The dedicated fish menu might include monkfish wrapped in Parma ham on Puy lentils or scallops with cucumber salad and beetroot dressing.
