Tigh an Eilean Hotel is an idyllic retreat cradled in the Scottish wilderness, at the foot of Torridon Mountains.. The hotel and restaurant is a converted pub cottage with a whitewash exterior, the dining room is light and airy and is an ideal spot to witness the spectacular sight of sunset on the loch. The restaurant offers a fixed price four course menu of traditional dishes with a modern twist and makes good use of local produce. Depending on the catch of the day you make find fillet of cod on a crushed peas tapenade or a risotto of Loch Torridon langoustines with a langoustine broth and fresh herbs, meat eaters are also catered for with dishes like herb crusted rack of local lamb.
