The Seaview Hotel is a classic yet contemporary, stylish Victorian retreat located in the fishing village of Seaview on the Isle of Wight. The Seaview offers a fantastic menu of British dishes in its small traditional Victorian dining room or in the more contemporary conservatory created using the finest local ingredients including produce from the hotel’s own garden. The terrace enjoys stunning views of the Solent. The food has a real wow factor and the menu is designed to reflect the seasons dependent on the relative abundance of local produce or season, you could find smoked haddock, leek and chive thermidor with a Gallybagger cheese crust to start, followed by Newclose Farm Venison Wellington on wilted spinach with a beetroot coulis and a caramelised apple and port sauce.
