The Rummer, All Saints Lane, Bristol

The Rummer is an independent bar and restaurant set in a grade II listed on All Saints Lane, a narrow passage leading to Corn Street in the centre of Bristol. The Rummer was Bristol’s first coaching inn, and the bar is now located in what was the inn’s cellar. The intimate atmosphere is relaxed and warm with dark leather sofas and open log fires. It holds one of the largest collection of premium spirits in the region and is famed for its cocktails and knowledgeable bar tenders. Tapas plates and deli platters are on offer for sharing or there's starter and main options like Cornish Scallop Bouillabaisse and Braised Landrance Pork Belly. The Organic Roast Dinners on a Sunday have made The Rummer a local culinary institution.
